Smart Systems is a software development and management consultancy company. We have been in operation for over 15 years, previously operating as Prospects Consulting Group. We are a 100% Liberian owned and managed company.

We deliver specialized services with high level of commitment and professionalism. We are unmatched in our products and services. We have been turning out nationally used software systems for over a decade.

Our clients always remain our greatest concern. We cater equally for large and small businesses. Our integrated desktop and online school software is in use at AME University, Stella Maris Polytechnic University, Cuttington University, and other universities in and out of Monrovia.

The Liberian Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI) has been using many of our systems for over 15 years! Access Bank and Ecobank also use our systems. We have also implemented several software systems for the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning and other Government Ministries and Agencies.

We have also developed and deployed our financial accounting system (Smart Accounts) at WAEC, National Elections Commission (NEC) and Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA). We have performed financial consultancy for the Ministry of Education through the European Union. We were also hired and play a pivotal role in the merger of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning to form the new Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.
